Andrew Bess is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kaladora Capital, formed on a simple premise: operating discipline is what turns a good business into a durable one.
He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Angel MedFlight, where he led the transformation of a regional operator into the largest privately held fixed-wing air medical provider in the Americas. Under his leadership, the company expanded nationally, institutionalized operating systems, strengthened financial discipline, and built durable leadership infrastructure within a complex regulatory environment.
Following his tenure as CEO, Andrew joined Ensemble Health Partners, where he served on the Executive Committee during a period of significant growth. In senior executive roles, he contributed to the scale and maturity of one of the largest provider-focused revenue cycle platforms in the United States. Across his executive leadership roles, he has overseen organizations managing billions in annual revenue and employing thousands across multi-state service platforms.
Across both environments, he led multi-site service organizations, operated within sophisticated ownership structures, and refined governance systems capable of supporting institutional-scale capital. He holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Arizona.
